Bizwebs Loses the Plot

They claim to develop web sites. They've been doing it since 2003. Their own web site is quite boring, but passable. But Bizwebs knows nothing about marketing, especially internet marketing.
Firstly, they get my email address off my web site. Then they send me an unsolicted email asking me if I have a web site. DUH! Also, it's impersonal, and doesn't have my name on it, so I know it's spam.
But the best thing is they tell me they've sent me a once-off mailing, and then give me instructions on how to be fremoved from their mailing list. Are these guys for real?
