The powers that be at Eskom have failed us in the past year or so. This cartoon at www.ditwits.co.za and on the front page of The Times captures the frustration of the country pretty well.
So far we have had national rolling blackouts, pollution caused by sewerage works dumping untreated sewerage into rivers because the power was off, traffic chaos, lost productivity and of course denials that anything is wrong and general finger pointing. I guess it would be too much to ask anyone to actually admit responsibility.
