Stop Autoplay for YouTube
YouTube is a bit tricky to watch when you have a slow internet connection. Then I found an extension for Google Chrome called "Stop Autoplay for YouTube". It makes YouTube a pleasure again.

I use FlashBlock which as a side effect does the same thing as it places a play button over all Flash elements.
I use flashblock as well, but I have it disabled for youtube.com because I want to watch the videos. This add-in just pauses the video so it can download and you don't get to watch the video in 2 second jumps with 2 minute gaps in between ;-)
If you don;t get this because you have decent speed, then I'm already jealous $%-)
